Hi just want to get a second opinion. I had dealership install new PORSCHE lettering on the rear and i was sent this picture by the dealer today saying its ready for pickup. Have yet to see it in person but it seems like the letters are too low. Perhaps an expert can chime in here and tell me if im wrong ?

Agree with this as well. They put it on using a straight edge, not a template with its slight curvature (matching the curvature of the bottom of the spoiler)
They definitely didn’t use a template. After an emblem is removed the adhesive isn’t the same. You probably have to get new ones to redo it. When I did mine, I found a local body shop who had the templates and they did it on the spot while I watched.
