Question regarding 4S .2 front wheel well clearance

How tight is the space inside the 991.2 edition 4S front wheel wells? I ask because I am considering fitting 19-inch wheels and tires in an attempt to reduce the risk of potholes munching tires and bending wheels. Michelin Pilot Super Sports are available in 265/40-ZR19 and 305/35-ZR19 that have virtually the same rotations/mile spec (760 vs 758) front and rear. Will the slightly wider & taller 265/40-19s have clearance issues with the 4S's front wheel wells or suspension gear in full turns or bumps? For reference, the overall diameter of the 265/40-19-inch PSS is .6" more than the Michelin Pilot Sport 4S in 20 inch that are spec'd for the 4S; is there sufficient clearance to consider the 19-inch PSSs?

Thanks in advance to all who post.

TR has the newer but non-N spec Michelin PS4S in the minus one sizing, 245/40/19s front and 295/40/19s rear. You could use these tires. I don't know if the wider tires that you want to use will cause rubbing but I used the minus one 19 inch wheels and winter tires in my 2018 C4S with no issues. And the ride was better. You will get slightly more sidewall with the wider tires but there won't be any noise reduction. And I don't know how the 265s will affect the steering. Right now I am using N spec PS4S in the 20 inch OEM size and they appear to be a little better than the OEM P zeros N1 that came with the car. So switching to 19 inch PS4S should help.
