Default "Executive" used car same as a demo?

I was looking at a .2 with around 7200 miles and told it was an executive car, not titled. and that its a vehicle given out to the executives of porsche to drive. Is this basically the same as a demo car? Is this something to watch out for? Tks

An executive car is assigned to a single factory employee from management ranks. These cars are typically very well equipped cars that are driven by the individual for 7000-8000 miles, at which point they are offered to dealers at a substantial discount. The ones I've looked at have all had full leather interiors, Bose, 14 way seats, etc. etc. Red seems to be the predominant color of the group released late last year.

A demo car is used for just that; demonstrate the car and give potential buyers something to test drive.
