Moving to 991- opinions on this car please?
Hi all- I've decided to move on from my 997.2 C4S manual cabrio and try to find a good 991 coupe to replace it. Saw this one that checks a lot of boxes for me, other than it shows 3 prior owners. I like the low miles, CPO, manual, and the packages. The wheels look unusual to me, and I can't get them to correspond to the original build sheet on the car. Anyone know what they are? All opinions on this vehicle would be welcome before I start talking to the dealer- I'm in LA, so seeing in person would be difficult. I know the 997 very well, but just learning about the 991 (hoping I can do some of the maintenance work myself so checking into that, too). Thanks!

Wheels are Sport Technos. I love mine. They are a half inch wider than most of the other OEM wheels. Appears they swapped them out as it lists Carrera Classics on the build sheet.
Car looks great. Nice build.

I would ask for a DME report if you haven't seen one, especially with 3 POs.
Yes, the Sport Technos were my favorites but they are a little heavier I think. They were a couple $thou extra IIRC.
That's a lot of red but a nice build if you like it. I know the full beige dashes caused a lot of glare - not sure about the red.
Nice looking car.

It's a beautiful car but at least three prior owners did not consider it a "keeper." That would give me pause but not necessarily a deal-breaker. Here in Los Angeles, there are so many beautiful cars and so many wealthy, fickle owners that picking up a used 991 with low miles is not difficult. Just a thought to consider.

Good call on the DME report- I know that dealers have to run them anyway for the CPO process, so I'll take a look. Digging up service records can be tough, though, but I'll be trying.

I couldn't find a normal build sheet either, but I did come up with this. Having sold a 14 C4S earlier this year myself, but with 3x the miles compensated a little by a $140k sticker, I would still have expected this one to be listed several thousand cheaper. But I haven't kept my eye on the market since January. In any case, here's the pseudo sticker.

That's funny- I thought the red interior was stunning in the white car... I like black, too, but the red blew me away, as did the aerokit and upgraded wheels although it did have strikes against it. I'm pretty price insensitive if I can find just what I want and not pay new car retail.
It wasn't meant to be.. the search continues (which is half of the fun anyway)
