Make sure you can hand wash the car or have a high end car wash in your area. Just know it will show any slight defect, and just driving on wet roads will require a wash. When clean you will be rewarded with an amazing looking car, followed by some heartbreak of seeing all the little things that have touched your paint. I've owned 8 black cars and I'm done.
Edit: and never, ever let the service department wash it in their machine.

My first 911 was black. It was beautiful; so long as I cleaned it every morning whether it was garaged or not. Never again and I am now on my 5th 911. A black 911 always looks dusty and if you park it in the sun for 5 minutes it's uncomfortably hot to reenter.

I had 3 black cars at the same time, it actually wasn't that bad because I had a mobile detailer do all the washes. I would never own one if I had to wash it myself. It's way too easy to mess up the paint and swirl it up. My friend got his black car paint corrected and ceramic coated and decided to try washing it himself one day, and messed up all that expensive work. My OCD would kill me if I had swirls all over.

I have such a love/hate relationship with it. Having the PPF on it helps a ton though.
