2013 C2S cab price?
New aspirer here and thanks for the advice in advance.
Have been eying a 2013 CPO C2S Cab for a while but could not pull the trigger: ask for 71K (otd 77K ), original msrp 127K, very basic option , no pse, no spasm/pdcc/sports chrono, 25k miles.
What do you think ?

I was told that the Cab and the Coupe are priced about the same in the used car market because they make more Cab vs. Coupe. (even when the Cab cost more MSRP new)
I just got a 2012.5 CPO with 25k miles SPASM, Adaptive seats with premium pkg, PDK, SC, PDLS, PCM controls on steering wheel, Bose, sunroof and a few minor options. paid slightly under $73k+tax (from a Porsche dealer). This car was REALLY clean, no leather wear on the seats (esp the side bolster.....looks almost new) no dings or scratches on the vehicle etc. I give the car 9/10 considering it a 2012.5 and super low miles. The problem is finding the car with the options that you want for the right price.....Our car price range are HUGE depending on condition, options etc.
the second contender was a 2013 with 36k miles CPO with ext leather, SC PDK, PDLS, sunroof, bose and a few minor options. asking $72.8k= tax probably could have it for close to 72k but the condition wasnt tip top, leather seats was a bit worn down, black exterior which means a lot of small scratches, also the CPO report shows that the previous owner had lowering springs on the car which was removed and returned to stock when they CPO-ed the car....which means the suspension have been messed with at least 3 times....The car got sold quickly once the prices was lowered to $72.8k (the car have been sitting at the dealership for over 7 mos asking $76k then lowered to $75, 74 then finally 72.8k) But at 72.8k i still pass on it....just because of the condition of the car......
So i would say the price varies a lot depend on the option and condition of that car

71k is decent for a low mileage CPO S cab. Color, carfax and condition makes for a huge swing in the asking price from what I noticed during my CAB/Coupe search last year. I paid 68,200 for a CPO'ed white on red base cab with a 119K msrp. 23k miles.

You have to look at your market. That is a decent deal around here. After that it's Carfax, experience with your dealer, details on condition.
Assess those, and if you love it, go for it.

PDK or Manual?

It's a PDK. Clean carfax one owner. Actually I think he got it leased and serviced from the same dealership
Thanks everyone for chiming in. The market here is pretty high priced compared to the rest of the country. This is almost the lowest CPO cab here (prefer a CPO). The challenge I have is that it is not an ideal color (brown vs preferred blue) and the options are barely minimum. But if the price is good enough, I can muster the courage . The dealer was pricing this at 77K 5 months ago ,but now at 71k they are not budging a penny more .They claim they will send it to wholesale if not selling at this price . Can they fetch a higher price at wholesale?

The price is ballpark; I wouldn't call it the steal of the century though. If you are patient and willing to ship your car, I bet you could get a car with a lot of performance options (PDCC, SC, PSE) for that kind of money. We got our manual C2S 991.1 cab last fall with every performance and luxury option (full black leather, 18 ways, Burmester audio, PSE, SC, PDCC, 27k miles) for $74k. I would not have purchased the car had it been a run of the mill build, even at $70k. However, if those things don't matter to you, it is fine. As my wife says, the car is a fine piece of azzzzz!
