Default 911 Turbo Toyota

Not sure if this is a stupid question, on the search for a 911 Turbo. This car was for sale three weeks ago private party in Florida for $119k, now shows up in Cedar Rapids Toyota for $117k. Apart from this being the original owner cousin's dealership (or something like that) why would a Toyota dealership in a smaller city on the other end of the country want it to sell. I know the obvious answer is obvious (e.g. to make profit) but I can't work out the margin, am I missing something?

Maybe the actual transaction price was far shy of the asking price.
