The inspection reset is under the “oil lamp” reset menu.
Thanks for posting. I recently got a .2 and plan to do my own oil changes but it is so new I have not even looked into what devices are available. Is there other functionality that is useful with this device?

Yes, you can read diagnostic trouble codes as well. I confirm it works with my 991.2 as well.

2017 or 2018? Sometimes it matters with these scanners. Icarsoft mbii worked well for my merc a couple of years back, but i remember the next years model was having issues with some of the functionality

I have 2018. Can anyone confirm it works?
Like an above poster mentioned it doesn't seem like there should be any difference but would be nice to confirm before I buy it.

Yes, I have a 2018 and it works fine. It needs to have at least s/w version 11 to work on a .2. I already had one of these for my 991.1 and all I had to do is upgrade the software for it to work on my 2018 GTS. If you buy one from Amazon it will come with the latest software.

It also works with all older 997.2 and 987.2. And as noted other newer porche models, including 991.1 and 991.2. Great little product.

Unfortunately it’s Windows only, but I have an inexpensive Windows machine that I bought for less than $200 at BB for situations like this.
