15K miles in a year! Congrats. I am sure you are enjoying this a lot. I have ~10K now in 8 months and it has been a lot of fun.

Hi. ECU remap etc not being done until July. It’s by a company called Litchfield Motors here in the UK. If you Google ‘Litchfield Carrera T’ you’ll find info on the modifications. I’ve driven Iain Litchfield’s Carrera T and it feels incredible.

Keen to hear what you make of the Litchfield mods, it looks amazing in all the reviews online. When is it happening? The chassis mods alone seem tempting, thinking of doing the same on my T. how much difference have you noticed from the standard setup? Without axle lift do you need to constantly worry about scraping the front?

Hi.

Work is being done later this month - 22nd to 24th July. Can’t wait!

I like the chassis mods. Car feels that bit more dialled in, although others are more sensitive to these things than me (e.g. motoring journalists, track rats, racing drivers etc). I like the looks too!

I drive in Sport mode nearly all of the time, and have the chassis in Sport mode most of the time too. Loving the sports car feel, as opposed to a luxury GT car (although I do have rear seats and standard rear glass).

My front spoiler lip has picked up a couple of scrapes, but am not too precious about it. It’s a relatively inexpensive part, in Porsche terms, and therefore I see it as ‘sacrificial’, so don’t worry too much. As someone else has said, I don’t mind my T having a few minor battle scars.

Sounds well worth it then! My last car was a 981 BS so got used to it scraping everywhere, and did not particularly mind as the front lip took the brunt. I suppose I would just want a little less of that but also like you I want a more sports car vs GT car feel overall. Agree the stance is much improved judging by your and other photos. Can’t wait to hear your comments after the engine is dialled up!
