Default Tubi Exhaust for non-PSE 991.2

I have a base 991.2. Looking for 'enriched' sound and to keep the factory quad tips. Seems like Fabspeed and Tubi are the only choices. Does anyone have any experience with the Tubi system for this application? Any input much appreciated.

FI and ARMYTRIX also make an exhaust. I don't know much about any of the offerings, but Tubi exhausts have always impressed me as having over inflated pricing.

I can speak to Tubi Style on my non-PSE 991.1 C2S. It's absolutely fantastic, and worth every $0.01. Terrific build quality and great sound, without drone. It's aggressive, but not over the top.

I'm guessing it's an equally good 991.2 soluiton...

I found myself a tiny bit underwhelmed by their .2 PSE result...

I hope it sounds better for the non-PSE Carrera, as I'd love more options and I'm ready to pull the trigger.

Any car with turbos will not have the aggressive sound of a normally aspirated engine (or a supercharged one). It's the physics of the turbos.

Check out boost addict gt3 style exhaust for both PSE and non-PSE 991.2. If i didn't already have SpeedTech system, I would def consider it.

lmao just another aftermarket exhaust that sounds stock.

The trick is in the headers/cats on the .2

They are awfully expensive just looking at Suncoast prices. And it is not a catback system so don’t know if it will trigger CEL. With installation, it is like 6k, double that of the factory PSE. Too much money for me.

A factory PSE bought from Porsche parts is like $3700~3900 ...probably close to $6K installed. Then you have the narrow positioned tips which is not desired by some. Good point though about the possible CEL trigger.

I meant ordering from the factory with a new car. I went and forth with PSE but decided to leave it off because I don't like the burbling sounds in sport mode. And I like driving my MT C4S in sport mode.
Installing it now and paying double makes no sense to me. The standard exhaust is actually plenty loud for me but am curious about the TUBI.

Not to turn this into a price war, but...

$4425 for the Tubi with sport catalysts doesn't seem crazy to me? The fact it works with factory tips is a huge bonus to me, though quad round tips cost extra for a base 991.2

$5,369.57 for AWE's Switchpath system with sport catalysts does include tips, but you have to run the PSE-style valance and it appears you may only be able to do their muffler setup on a PSE-equipped car. If so, it's $8300+ for that setup—and not everyone likes the aesthetics of PSE.
