Had a great turn out for the Porsche Club drive today in Nashville and achieved my next milestone of 80,000 miles right when I got home.
The drive organizers found a great little restaurant for lunch. It was very good.

Now time to do the 80K service.

Good for you!
Nice to hear these, "drive these cars, and don't save them for the next guy" stories. I just passed the 40K mark on my targa, with zero issues thus far.
Thanks for the post.

What are people seeing in these cars as the highest mileage? I own a couple Toyotas as well and we a thread going on another board talking 300K / 450K miles trucks...My current truck has 300k on right now. I hope to hear 80k is just getting broken in. ?

Well done. I’ve just been driving mine some starting a couple weeks ago. I’m a little past 9k now and should be at 14-15k by the two year mark. Well behind your pace. I plan to drive it more this year.

Still only has 97 miles on mine.... didn’t even get to drive it these couple of days since I have to take family out with the Cayenne... I’m serious thinking about sneaking out tonight when wife sleeps, but the exhaust sure will wake her up

80k miles in 4 years in a 911 is quite impressive. Congrats. I think I am more in line for 10-12k a year in my car. In line with annual maintenance.
I used to commute 40k a year when I was younger, more like 20k now.
