Default Can you go from non-MF steering wheel to MF one?

Hi all,
Although I search, I couldn't get an answer.

I have 2014 C2 with non-multi functional steering wheel which drives me nuts. It is so skinny that I feel like I am driving 1982 Camry!

One of my options is get it wrapped. I got a quote of $500 from Dallas Custom steering wheel. Then when I was looking around I saw the following one. It is $800 after core return. But it is MF and mine isn't. So my concern is:

- Can swicth from non-MF to MF cause any issues such as codes?
- Do the button on MF work? Or does it require dealer coding?

Thanks in advance for your inputs.

You can, at least on a 991.2, but it requires some coding and possibly some additional parts. My dealer is working on swapping mine now.

It does require coding from the dealer. I have MF steering wheel in black leather if you are interested in doing this.
