Default New 991 Sport Design race splitter installed!

Here is a pretty cool part for fellow track guys with sport design or aerokit cup front bumpers. MKAH Motorsports 991 track splitter. It can be taken off in less than 10 minutes without jacking the car up and requires no modification to the car, as it uses all OEM mounting points. It also has 4" of adjustability. I'm running it in the most recessed position.

I have since switched to the powder coated mounts seen in the stock photo below.

What are you using to balance out the extra front downforce? Or is this just for looks?

Aerokit cup is front and rear. If you add a splitter the front downforce increases (that's the point of a splitter), then it's no longer in balance with the rear.

I'm not using anything. I find that my car had a small amount of understeer from the factory, so this really balanced it out in my opinion.

Its a LOT more work than I expected. Still plugging away, but it wasnt a "couple weekend" project like I initially thought.

Totally agree -- especially if you add semi-slicks with wider (305 vs 295) rear contact patch

I'm not 100% sure. You could email and ask.

Better photo. I think it really completes the look of the car since I have added the widebody sideskirts.

I wasn't aware the side skirts would fit. Do you have any info or a thread on that?
