Essex Parts just finished up their front and rear brake kit for the GT3/GT4 and have had AP Racing J-hook replacement rotors out for some time now. They are currently looking for base 991.1/991.2 car to test fit/develop a front and rear brake kit as well as a simple J-hook rotor upgrade for the stock calipers.

I know I would love to have at least some J-hook rotors for my base 991.2. I am unfortunately on the wrong side of the country. I told them I would start a thread to gauge interest. If anyone is close to them and willing to lend them your car for test fitting/development please contact them.
