Default HRE Performance Wheels | Introducing the New Competition Series C105 Wheel

HRE ADDS C105 TO C1 SERIES WHEEL LINEUP
HRE Performance Wheels is expanding its C1 lineup to include the C105,
a lightweight track- focused wheel.

Vista, Calif. (February, 2018) – HRE’s Series C1 has been the perfect evolution of HRE’s original Competition Series wheels. They are now expanding that series to include the C105, a forged five-spoke wheel designed for track or street use.

The C105 is available in 18” to 20” diameters and gives customers the option to use standard stainless assembly bolts or optional titanium fasteners. Similar to the rest of the Series C1, the C105 is also available in a center lock configuration.

“The 5-spoke is one of the most quintessential designs of all time, but doing it really well takes skill,” said HRE President, Alan Peltier. ”This new C105 is muscular and subtle in its aggressiveness, drawing well from the purposeful lines of its Series C1 family. I am excited to see it hit the road.”

All HRE wheels, including the Series C1, are engineered to minimize unsprung mass and rotational inertia for optimal acceleration, handling and braking performance. Each wheel is built-to-order and there are nearly infinite fitment, color and finish options available for the ultimate custom-tailored wheel buying experience.

Nothing wrong with two sets right? ;p

We could always work on trading in your current ones as well for a set of these.

What is the weight difference on these vs OEM on a 20" wheel?

My old Volvo had C20's and I loved those wheels. Could absolutely feel the weight savings in stopping, go and cornering.

I'll check in with engineering to see if they recorded the weights of those two sets we've done so far. Worst case if they weren't recorded, I'll make sure the next set has it's weight recorded so I can post it up here.

That is such a cool looking wheel.

Is it possible to get it with hidden hardware?

Unfortunately no but we thing it looks incredible with the hardware - it really completes the look of the wheel.

Nice 'Old school' chunky looking wheel. Very retro to my eyes, Dymag and Rays/Volk come to mind

Hidden hardware would be ****. Was my first thought at the first picture and scrolled down to see if anyone else asked before I made a post.

The exposed hardware to me is just too busy.

I absolutely agree. I am surprised its not an option as most wheel manufacturers do offer that option. Its too bad.
