Default Improving the brake pedal feel?

The brake pedal on my 991.1 GTS reminds me of the Cayman R before I had a 997 GT3 MC swapped into it, which firmed up the pedal considerably. The GT4 had the same feel from day 1.

I'm wondering if anyone has swapped in a GT3 MC for the OEM MC (or if it's even possible.) The car stops fine on track it just takes a little more time to get the pressure needed then I'm used to. Just did a complete fluid change to Endless and the pedal firms up nicely once I get past that initial soft spot so I think this is just how the stock MC is setup on this car.

I'd also like to mention how nice the car felt on track today at LS. SPASM along with the new DSC V3 controller, I wouldn't change a thing there.

Drive a Macan for a bit. Get back into your 911.

Voila. Improved pedal feel.

This is not a fluid issue. I just did a complete fluid change out to Endless RF650 last Thursday (which is equal to SRF). I did not over heat the brakes or experience any fade yesterday. The pedal just has that initial soft spot like the Cayman R pedal had before I swapped a GT3 MC into it. Stainless after market lines or another fluid is not going to make this go away. I've done a bunch of searching and can't find anyone who has done this swap to a 991 so either it's not possible or nobody has bothered to this point. I really hadn't noticed it much street driving just on track yesterday. I can live with it just not what I'm used to.

The GT3 probably has a larger diameter master cylinder, which decreases the hydraulic leverage in the system. That's why it reduces the initial soft spot and increases braking effort. Do you know the diameters of the master cylinders you swapped?

That makes sense but no I don't know the diameters. I can live with the current setup as I'm not going to track this car that extensively anyway. The MC swap into CR was relatively inexpensive so I thought that might be an option here.
