Despite your reservations, I would not discount Racing Yellow...

Miami Blue looks stunning in person!

But if you really want a blue that will stand the test of time...there is only one Blue to rule them all: SAPPHIRE BLUE!

(For stock colors...for PTS, so many great PTS blues to choose from!)

I perceive it as a color I would almost certainly tire of owning. I could deal with lava Orange a lot longer, but I'm a red guy, so my Carmine Red GTS is only days away. It was cleared for transport in Jax today. Yay me.

Also on a special order, I think you're dreaming if you think you can get better than MSRP as the OTD price.

Gorgeous car!!!

Any good suggestions? Im looking for a light color that looks stunning in nighttime environments.

Here's a Porsche code for those who wish to see everything that I've configured perfectly

I love the Maimi blue . The odd thing I have noticed is that at the launch the Miami dealership has a lot of them and selling them was not easy . Looking at the 27 lot cars right now there is not even one . I myself stick to simple black, white, silver . I feel that if I bought a loud color at first it would be a wow but over time it would wear off me . With a simple color the focus is off the color and more on the car itself . I choose white if its parked outside a lot , silver if I don't wish to clean often, and black if its garaged and I want sleek . I choose metallic if I want to reduce swirl visibility . In short .for me color only becomes important if I dislike it (IE beige interior) .. Then its a deal breaker .

Plain old white looks stunning at night. And it won't cost you a dime extra.

I see you're in Charlotte - you should come to some events!

Just like color - Chrome is subjective and I would black that out if it were my car - actually I did black out the chrome bits like headlight spray nozzles. If you like the chrome then you should keep it, entirely personal choice.

That 1 Millionth 911 has wood trim - I bet that car is worth a hell of a lot more than mine or most but I say wood is also a no-go on a modern sports car.

As with these options and colors - its's okay to have opinions and preferences and that's why there is so many options and variants to choose from.

Do you have a link? I love my car but it's nowhere near as special as many others here - pretty bland by RL standards!

Ha ha - not many would call a Guards Red 911 Cabriolet a bland car!

I'm rubbish with links, especially on my iPad.

If you're on Facebook, you could just search for Rennlist on there...

The car of another Rennlister was on there the other day - Pete Stout's I think...

do you think i could negotiate it down to $127,000 out the door including the 6% sales tax in florida?

I think I will take your advice. My only hesitation with Miami Blue was that it seemed a little too loud, but then again it's really not. It's just a light blue color and makes the car look very modern imo
Miami Blue is just gorgeous. I wound up with Carmine Red, but Miami Blue was a VERY close second.

Now that the holidays are out of the way, I'm planning on attending some of the PCA events. I have done most of the Stuttgart Saturday events at Hendrick's.

I didn't like Miami much at first. I have grown to really like it when it is well handled. Like Guards Red on the right car with the right stuff. Love Carmine. Yellow looks good on the 991.2, as well. Hard to go wrong with White or GT Silver, but these colors—along with black and gray—are just too common. Night Blue Metallic is rare and underrated. Ditto for the metallic black and the metallic white.

When I look at the OP's order...if that's the interior the car has to have…Chalk might be the call. But I do wonder if Miami on black might pip it.
