Well I just joined the ranks of IG as well.

My wife actually set up the account lol
Still getting the hang of it but this is a great way to get going.

I really enjoy instagram for keeping up with my car hobby.
Any of y'all here have public accounts you like to put Porsche or other cool stuff on. I am @scottscobra which currently is mostly Cobra stuff which probably won't interest many here but when I take delivery of the C2S I will surely be adding more Porsche related content.

OK you guys are killing me... granted I'm still getting the hang of this whole IG thing.
That said, it's very easy to follow others on IG but it seems harder to get followers (especially ones outside of your comfort circle).
As such... if you're going to post your IG info on Rennlist and someone from here does consequently follow you... doesn't become a bit self-serving/defeat the purpose if you don't to follow back?
Those more familiar with IG tell me "yes" but I thought I'd throw it out there.

I’ve mostly stopped using Instagram.
My feed is bombarded by bull**** ads every 4th post mostly by irrelevant crap. Most of it companies out of Australia.

Personally I have 2 instagram accounts. 1 that is private for my family and friends and 1 that is car related and public. My interest in the car related public account is to have the feed filled with cool cars. If people have accounts with 10% pics of their cars and 90% of the rest of their life that is not my interest. Nothing personal, I just don't happen to care about family pics of strangers or what they are eating or whatever. Heck I post plenty of family stuff in my private account so there is certainly nothing wrong with posting that. I have taken a look at every account posted in this thread that is pubic and followed the ones with picture content that interests me. I guess that is somewhat self serving that I am not going to follow every one back. I want to control what I am seeing in my feed. It isn't about how many followers you can get it is about seeing cool pics that interest you.
Just because someone follows me doesn't make me feel any obligation to follow them just the same as I don't expect everyone I follow to follow me back.
I have about 4000 followers. If I followed everyone of those back my feed would be so full I would never see most of the good content that I want to see and at that point it would become pointless and truly more self serving because it would only become about what I post because what I was receiving out of it would be so diluted.
I have got some good new accounts to follow as a result of this thread so I appreciate everyone posting.

I’ve left my instagram name. It is about my kids. It’s is not a secret that a lot of people use some services to make their pages more popular. I’m saying about automatic likes. This gives the possibility to be paid for your work. I’m not ashamed to say that I’ve used it and it is working quite great. I’m sure that from this list with instagram names I’m not the only one. I’ve tried a couple of services that provide likes, but they all were limited and with some problems. Now I’m using a very good one, the price is great and likes are unlimited, that definitely fits to me. If somebody is interested in
