Default Need help locating 991 engine hatch seal

I need help locating the engine hatch seal for a 2013 911 carrera s cabriolet. Does anyone know where I can purchase this part?

The outer rubber seal closest to the rear is deteriorating.

Any help is appreciated.

Other than calling your dealer service department? Or if you are purely looking online there are many options. I would recommend taking your VIN and visiting Gaudin Porsche Parts. Type in your VIN and you can search-down to the specific rubber piece you mention.... There are PDF catalogs general to all 991s, let us know if you want something like that. With the part number(s) needed you can source the part from any authorized parts supplier or distributor in the dealer network.

Also, can you be a bit more specific so we can help you? Engine lid? Engine appearance cover? There are a number of lids and covers, most of which I don't believe have rubber gaskets (I am not as familiar with cab models, so perhaps they are different).

Hope this helps!

I'm looking for the outer seal. You can see the defective rubber strip hanging towards the center right of the picture below. There is one strip on each side. I need both and was looking to order online and install myself.

Worst case scenario I can call the dealer tomorrow.

My guess is it's part number: 991 514 631 02 (gasket left), the other side is: 991 514 632 02 (gasket right).

If you still have some warranty I would let them worry about it.
