Default How are the 991 Heated Seats?

I'm eagerly awaiting the 911 T on order and it's been a super cold winter here in the Mid-Atlantic, so every morning when I hop into my car for work I imagine how much better it will be when my new car finally arrives (May can't come soon enough!). My current daily driver is a 2016 GTI and it's heated seats are sloooow. My previous F80 M3 and E60 545 were much faster. How fast are the 911 heated seats to warm up?

They heat up very fast, and have 3 settings. Low, medium, and high. I rarely have mine on very long because they work so well and efficiently.

They are glorious. As is the heated steering wheel.

uncomfortably hot, is how I would describe the max setting. It actually caught me off guard how quickly they heat up. The heated steering wheel is Goldilocks “just right” but I had to admit that when I first got the car I would accidentally turn it on and not know how to turn it off. My 13 year old son RTFM and educated me.

They are amazing. Heat up near instantly, and get quite hot, so hot that I usually turn them off or to lowest seating within five minutes.

No where near as fast or hot as my Audi but pretty good. Wish I had heated wheel.......GREAT option.

What most said above. I will also add that once you get heated seats in any car, it will become one of your must have options. I made the further mistake of ordering a heated MF wheel.....now every future car will have it....I like it that much.

I would agree they get very hot, actually uncomfortably hot if left in max position, and are good for a sports car, but my M5's heated seats and steering wheel are nice and warm in less than half the time.

I agree with the comments above. They are good, but not as good as the heated seats in my Audi.
