I don't know if you've decided yet. But I stumbled into a Turbo with Expresso and carbon fiber trim for sale in Austin. You can see some photos, at least while they have the car, here:

In my opinion the photos look good but don't even come close to doing justice to it. It looks much richer and deeper in person. There are subtle fine black/brown variations that just aren't showing up well in the photos.

Very nice! However, no matter what color the interior is I'd always go with black steering wheel and shifter, although I know many would say that this might create a color dissonance. I missed that black steering wheel in my Agate Grey / Pebble Grey combo with deviated stitching interior.

Texascarlover that’s one gorgeous interior. I’m building a GT3 and am considering an attempt to replicate the gorgeous 911R two-tone natural Tarpan Brown and black interior. However, Porsche does not allow LTS for GT cars so I’m considering Expresso for the seats, center console and door arm rests. Everything else would be black leather. I would either go with Pebble Grey or GT Silver deviated stitching and carbon fiber trim. Exterior is GT Silver.
Do you think this expresso leather will pair well with black, or is it too dark?
