It's just one big .pdf and the links don't work.

But if there's a document number you need, the search feature works and then you will eventually find it.

Whoever created this document simply downloaded all the content from PIWIS, and didn't bother to edit all of the links / bookmarks -- so links are broken because they are referring to this particular users PIWIS account / repository. To learn how to log-in to PIWIS web app check out a video I did long time ago: (Note: you must set up an account and it costs money....)
