Windshield Seal Question
i just noticed this weekend that the seal across the top of my windshield almost looks like it is melted. If you run your finger across it, it comes off almost like oil in your hand. Has anyone experienced this?

This has been discussed in the past. Some have received warranty replacement of the seal and windshield. I'll try to find the post and bump it for you.

Windshield Weatherstrip
If your dealer gives you a hard time inform them PCNA is well informed of the issue. There is no recall to my knowledge and there is no reason why your dealer shouldn’t honor the repairs under warranty, (I’m assuming your warranty has not expired). Also inspect the rear window seal. The dealer replaced the front and rear glass and weather stripping under warranty with Porsche products for my coupe last year.
