GT3T will go down as an all time great. Best looking 911 I’ve seen in a long time.

Well the parts should exist to put the small spoiler on your PDK GT3 if you really want to.

My problem with the Touring is that I like great big wings. I'm a child of the 90's that way. I know I'll never actually need the downforce, but they look great to me. I so wish you could, for example, order the wing that comes standard with a Turbo on the less expensive trims. I would have paid for that.

I am sure you saw the TechArt II wing that should fit on your car.....

Yeah I feel the same way...
As has been stated the Techart wing would look good on this and it's not as "in your face" as the stock GT3 wing.
But then I catch myself thinking "would I really add a wing to this GT3T/ 911R"?
The answer is always no... still love wings though (even sans 4.0L engine :-)

I'd be really hard on the chase for one if it could have a few more options available,.....Burmester, Sunroof, etc. Yes, I know the GT cars are a bit more hardcore,...but really a "Touring" model should have a bit more leeway in the options. Doesn't really matter, there won't be enough of them to go around anyway.

I love this car. But there’s so few to go around and dealer mark up pain will be real.

it makes me stop and think... is it really worth the 50-60k I’ll have to spend to upgrade over my 2016 C4S? It probably is but I won’t be finding out any time soon.

^ Exactly. I’d be in line for one but I’m not paying dealer markup. I’ll wait for a used one in a few years.

I didn't care much for the GT3T initially, but it's luring me in. Seems like the perfect all-around 911 for me. Although I too much prefer the more aggressive raced out look of the actual GT3.

I saw a 911T at the auto show. Looked nice in yellow. Certainly doesn't sound any louder than a standard PSE .2 in these videos, so I'm assuming the extra "loudness" Porsche advertises comes from simply removing sound insulation inside.

It probably also has to do with the sound induction as it relates to the air-intake... I believe it's different on the T

you can order a regular GT3 with the wing and a manual. Touring only comes in manual though. Touring basically has leather instead of Alcantara, manual and silver trim instead of black.

My 2014 GT3 really is too hardcore to be any sort of daily driver. It’s loud, stiff, low and makes a lot of grumbling gear noise, etc. you couldn’t hear a burmeister in a 3...
