Why doesn't Porsche offer a PowerKit for the GTS?

Actually, while I agree weight will be a determinative factor, I don't necessarily think the future lies in carbon (or carbon fibre) exclusively for weight control.
Things like lighter alloys or lightweight steel may be the next frontier.

The GTS powerkit... what’s the base TT - a GTS4PDK + 2-3 powerkits, right? And the price hike over a well optioned GTS isn’t all that much.
