I have a GTS on order and like must people I have a hard time deciding on the spec - I have selected the GTS coupe with rear wheel drive and I personally love the wide body from the C4 but I also really like the light bar between the lights - In my option it just looks amazing - but I prefer the drive of the C2 - so does anyone know if the reflector cover / light bar from the C4 can be mounted on a GTS C2? I believe the part number is 991 631 465 01 but I don’t know what else I need

My feelings are also a little mixed since people will think it’s a C4 which it’s not

Hope anyone can help because my search on the web didn’t help me

Yes the part will fit but you will have to wire it yourself or have someone do it. It has been done before. Use the search function here.

I remembered seeing something about this and found the more recent thread about it here;

If you open the link to the Chinese thread reference in Google Chrome (http://iphone4.tw/forums/showthread.php?t=220289), it will offer to translate it for you. It is somewhat reasonable to read that way.

Although OP on that thread shows a few photos of it being done and being successful, he doesn't show and say how it was done.

It looks like I am not the only one thinking about this modification - but after reading the post it’s clear that it’s not that easy and since my car is a euro spec car it could be different - also there are probably differences between the 991.1 and 991.2

Maybe it’s better to keep it stock and just enjoy the amazing car
