Got kids anyone?
My wife was joking with me this morning and mentioned that I have got to be the only annoying husband out there that has three kids under 7 and drives a 911. So that got me wondering who all drives a 911 as a dd and also has kids? I pulled into my daughter's school yesterday, and the policeman there said "no way I just saw you pull two kids out of there" ha
So do you have kids you drive around in your 911? Gotta love this car!

I have two kids, and bought it when they were 2.5 and 5 years old.
They have since changed their minds, but originally they didn't want me to drop them off at school because "Daddy, your car doesn't have sliding doors" (minivan).

I have 3 grandchildren and one on the way. My 10 year old granddaughter doesn't fit in the back and my daughter lets her sit in front. She loves my car, loves that it's a mt, and wants it at 16. She loves me taking her anywhere in the Porsche. If I take her to school she times it for maximum peer exposure.
My 8 year old granddaughter fits in back and the 17 month old doesn't have a car seat that works in my car.

Kids are 10 and 7 and just barely still squeeze in the back. My wife and I are both tall so there isn’t much legroom left, especially since the cat is an MT and I can’t scoot forward while driving. Both my kids are on the tall side, especially the older one. It’s not my daily driver.
They love the top down, though!

Two kids, 5 years old and 1.5 years old. The big one gets mad when we are not going out on the 911. The little one loves a mild acceleration and the noise coming from the back to a point that she replicates the sound with her voice.

Growing up, my dad had a 911 and my mom had an Alfa Romeo Spider. My brother and I used to get packed in there like a couple sardines.
The Porsche was the comfortable one!

I don't daily my 911, but have a 16 month old son. I only drive my 911 on weekends and people are always amazed a baby can fit back there. His day care has 3 other parents with 911's that daily their cars.

yes then when I bought a 993 and had 3, 0-12 YOs constantly in it. many trips to soccer and lacrosse games/practices (still find those little rubber chunks from the artificial turf all over it)
yes now with a 991 and 3, 11-16 YOs. Have had teenagers in the back many times.
the back seat is WAY more functional than people give it credit for and compared to other 2+2 (I looked at a lot of alternatives at the same time as the 991). I wouldnt put 4 adults in it but Porsche + Kids are not a problem

Got my 911 (997) when the boys were 7 and 2, traded my SLK for 981 Boxster S when my kids were 11, 6, and 3, so I have two Porsches now with 3 kids, no big deal. Wife drives a minivan and I also have a MDX. The kids love to ride in daddy's Porsche. My wife knows I love cars and she doesn't have a problem with it. If I had a bigger garage, I'll probably add another one, maybe not a Porsche but another sports car.
