Assuming used 991.1 Cabriolet:
-at least S model which I think has PASM included
-Sport Techno, Turbo or GTS wheels
-CPO with warranty
-leather interior with heated seats
-sports chrono if PDK
Assuming new or used 991.2 Cabriolet:
-base model okay if it has PASM included, otherwise S model
-Sport Techno, Turbo or GTS wheels
-CPO with warranty
-leather interior with heated seats
-sports chrono if PDK
-Options I would not want are a sunroof or black or silver exterior or black interior.
Either PDK or manual transmission would be fine depending on my driving needs at the time.

On my 991.2 Carrera... it was these 5 for me personally and this one had it in my dealer's inventory (spec'd by them) so I bought it this past Jan.
I no longer have this but I truly enjoyed it!
1. Manual
2. No sunroof
3. Sport Exhaust System
4. Sport Seat Plus
5. Colored seat belts (red)
Plus it also had some other nice options that fit in well with this spec:
Guards red, GT Sport steering wheel, Sport design rearview mirrors, Red gauges, PDLS, Tinted taillights, 20" S wheels...

I am surprised that LCA is not mentioned more often. I have it on all my cars and it saved me a few times. I would never own a car without it because I value my life. Wait a minute, I got it. Porsche drivers must consider themselves immortal

I guess you never heard of "blind Spots" hope you never have to find out the hard way.
PS LCA is standard equipment in many ordinary cheap cars costing a fraction of a Porsche like Toyota's and Honda's. If mirrors were enough do you think they will waste their money on this feature?

Of course, if you can't be bothered...

You are correct under most circumstances except in parking lots where cars park in parallel or at an angle. You can not see what is coming at you when backing up if parked next to another vehicle large enough to completely hide a pedestrian, motorcycle, or even a full vehicle. A large SUV can hide an entire mid-sized Sedan.
