Default Narrow Body 991.2 Wheels

Curious if the rear hub placement is the same on the 991.1 vs 991.2 narrow body.
I know the 6mm higher offset on the 991.2 compensates for the half inch wider wheel.
But on my 991.2 with OEM 20's, the wheel protector lip on the 305 rear tire is flush. I know lots of people put 15mm spacer on the rear on the 991.1 but I honestly cant see how that wouldn't produce a ton of poke on a 991.2.
And when I look at aftermarket wheel company offsets for "narrow body 991", I cant see how they wouldn't stick out on a 991.2 (compared to my 11.5" ET76 rear, which already seems flush).

Has the hub itself been pushed out a tad on the 991.2 to accommodate rear wheel steering bits (even though my vehicle does not have Rear wheel steering)?

Peaking my curiosity even more is the fact that the rear offset on the OEM winter wheel packages are 7mm higher (more inset) on the 991.2 compared to the 991.1.
