Didn't get the chance to take out my good camera for a proper photoshoot, but here is a quick pick with my iPhone at the golf course. 2nd day after delivery.

Love everything about it and so happy with my build. Especially happy with the black model badge, black satin wheels, and tinted taillights. Gives me that black, white, and red look that matches the interior and calipers.

Build code: http://www.porsche-code.com/PJ64XE59

Q: Anyone else with 18' 991.2 noticing manual upshift lag with the PDK? Downshifts are instant, but upshift, there's like a 1s delay. I read that this was true with 991.1 when cold but it seems weird for it to do that. In automatic mode, upshifts seems to be quick and precise.

Regarding the shift speed, my .2 is a manual but I have owned two PDK. In my experience the shift is slower if requested at slow speed, low RPM, low load. I'm sure under full load and higher RPM it will crack off the shift. Give it a try.

Love the color scheme.....but I am biased.

I also have the white, black satin wheels, black badge, and black tinted tail lights. Very nice.

In automatic mode the car selects the gear before the shift. In manual mode, if you're doing a relatively low RPM, the car has actually selected the DOWNSHIFT gear in order to be able to downshift instantaneously for speed. When you upshift, the car actually has to go through the motions of changing gears before it's able to disengage one clutch and engage the other. Double-clutch systems are only near-instantaneous when the next gear is already engage on the opposite half of the gearbox.

Beautiful build - love the colour combo inside and out. Would love to see more pics when you get the proper camera out. Congrats on the 911!

Btw, which course was this?
