Depends on several factors.
- accident reported? If not was it repainted? Check the front and rear bumpers.
- New tires or original? Check to see if they were run hot and have sharp edges. If not does it was tracked.
- color? Loud or normal? If it's loud it's harder to sell. Goes for interior as well
- how long has it been on the lot? Just in or has it been there for months?
- it's a cab and we are now at the end of Cab season. The longer you wait into winter the better discount you will get.
- manual? Those are more sought after than PDK but based on the msrp is prob PDK.
- we are at the end of a quarter. I would wait till end of month to close the deal if it's the car you want.

Not exactly the same car with the same specs, we looked at a 2017 C4S coupe with 2500 miles, CPO, orig msrp of $156k, could have had for $133k, decided to go with a new GTS instead. Part of the decision was paying almost retail for some options that we didn't really want or need. Yes I can argue that burmester, adaptive cruise, pdcc were very nice options but they add up quickly even when you're getting a discount. At the price point for this C4S cab, many might be looking at a Turbo or Targa.

With that MSRP I would guess based on the trends that the ask price would be $148K - $154K. Buy Range would be $140K - $145K.
Perhaps at the end of the year you could get 20% off at $140K. Based on the example above I don't think you can get this car under $140K.
This is all provided the car has zero issues.
If you need and/or want all the options I guess it would be a good buy considering the warranty is better than new. Let us know what you get.
Good Luck.

Would also depend on what part of the country you're in.
Some parts, winter is settling in and having a 2017 Cab sit around for 6 months with 2018s rolling in, is no fun for dealers.

Thank you all for your input. The Porsche dealer provided both the detailed Certification report and a Carfax. No accidents. Both exterior and interior in excellent shape. The car is equipped with PDK as well as a long list of other options.
