I will gladly make them for people, although I still intend to post a DIY when the time permits. I'm sure I could get the process down to MUCH less than 10 hours after doing them more than once, but after ordering, modifying, reboxing, and shipping them to someone... I think I would have a good bit of invested (the total cost of the parts shipped to my door is $325). I'm not trying to get rich off a couple of side skirts, but time always has to be accounted for.

I do absolutely love messing with car parts though, so I am open to the idea. Let me logically think about how much time I would have invested into the entire process and I will get back with you.

That would be pretty cool to be honest.

is this too much of difference?

Never noticed these were a different shape and profile. Will have to look closer next time I see an RS. These are even wider at the rear and may be harder to shape because of the profile.

Is the process involved to replace them on a 4s?

I’ve been thinking of getting new ones as mine are showing some wear.

Replacing them with a new pair on a 4S is very easy. Unscrew old ones and put new ones on.

Great work! If you plan to sell these, PM me. Would gladly pay for a set but would settle for a DIY 🙂

Sorry for the delayed update on this project. I have indeed completed it. It definitely turned out to be more than a 1 weekend job. I decided to use 3M VHB tape to bond the upper lip of the plastic side skirt to the chassis. It didn't quite turn out as clean as I had hoped, so I am currently thinking of a new solution. Input is welcome.

As you can see here, the tape has a very discontinuous look.

Looks great from the pictures. The tape could be a bit cleaner but it's not like you are a body fabricator for a living.
