I've heard of shops using a sledge hammer... NO NO, your torque wrench should look something like this one.

I use an adjustable brake pedal depressor when I change my centerlock wheels. I use the Precision Instruments torque wrench and breaker bar. You’ll need some Molub-Alloy aluminum anti-seize paste for a new centerlock bolt.
