First off, let me thank all those they help me work through the purchase of my first P-car...the advice and recommendations were great help during the process. Suffice to say, I took the easy way out, found something on the showroom that met my wants/needs and bought it...I didn't plan on a new 911, but that is where I ended up and couldn't be happier.
I picked the car up on the 31st of July, then promptly left the country on business, got home on the 10th, and the weather has been -ish since...finally got a chance to clean it up and take some pics...
Anyway, you don't want to hear me chatter, you want the pics...enjoy.
I always feel bad for folks who live in states where they require front plates.
I had an option of putting on the plate holder that goes in the tow hook hole...but it messes with the park assist...so, thank to VA, I have holes drilled in my from bumper...
Wow! You really did it up right for your first 911!
Assuming from your handle that you came from Corvettes (and maybe still have that 66?!), I did as well, a series of five over the years. Your 911 will leave you with no regrets!
Welcome to the fold!

congrats!
i found a bracket from RHO that's supposed to have the plate sit lower than sensors. We'll see

I did have a '66 Roadster...it was a blast, and every time I stopped to put gas in it (pretty often) someone would offer me a "deal" to take it off my hands...got rid of it a while ago when I was stationed in New England.
I am back in the sports car world, glad to be a part of this enthusiast community...I can say that I wake up thinking about driving the 911 T4 GTS. It will be my DD, just as I did with my '66. I see no reason to keep these beautiful cars in the garage.
Thanks for all the comments...updates as they happen.
