Default 991.1 Turbo to GT3 RS body kit conversion

Anyone with experience please chime in. I want to get this project done right. I live in SoCal and I know a few turbo guys have already done the front GT3 cup conversion and cup rear wing. However I have yet to see a RS wing been done.

Just get the parts, $$$$
ask some tuning shop/body shop, etc...
The bumper, i think, costs like 7k, plus other aero parts...

Get the GT2/RS.

And save yourself the ridicule and aggravation.

If you want to look roughly like a GT3RS and save some money get the Vorsteiner kit. It looks good

Hey,

There is a car in Germany converted from 991 Turbo S to GT3 RS.
The company which did this conversation is called JP Performance.

Greetings Michael

Yeah.... I've had history with Vorsteiner and their kits... however, they do look amazing when fitted.

That JP Performance car was what became my project inspiration

take off the rainbow decals, raise it a bit, and that could be pretty cool. i don't see anything wrong with turbo guys wanting the RS look, it looks cool and its their car so who cares.

any more pics of this JP car?

I understand going from turbo to GT2RS, but going turbo to GT3RS seems like going backwards. It is also kinda weird as the GT3 is NA, not turbo...

I like the GT3 front bumper waaaay better than ours...

Has anyone on here accomplished a GT3/GT3 RS front bumper swap?
What parts are needed?
How do we eliminate the Active Aero components and fault codes?

Thanks
