Default Powdercoating stock Porsche wheels ???

I asked for my wheels to be powder coated gloss black, instead they were painted . Maybe they don't trust the heat being applied to the rim? Have any of you guys had your wheels powder coated or cerakoted? Reason I ask is the paint chips rather easy and after minimal drive time there's noticeable imperfections.

I guess I could buy some kind of gloss black touch up paint and just do touch up as needed.Thoughts?

I powder coated my rims and have no problems whatsoever. They were done in high gloss black. Best of luck

I would tell them that is not what I asked for...my 997.2 TTS had satin black PC wheels with no issues.
