Go with Cobb, especially if you put an aftermarket exhaust. They can custom tune your file based on your equipment with data logging.
My Europipe equipped Turbo S ran even smoother and faster after some data logging and custom tune.

I have a 16' and you can't go wrong with Cobb, the best customer service and technology, call Sam he will hook you up!!! I have the Kline exhaust as my only add on. Using Cobb and Sam map, the biggest difference i see is the spool up time, jumps to 17.

COBB is a system/tool and offers generic files or files written for other customer cars. Saying COBB is the best is a somewhat inaccurate, best in what? it all depends on the tune you are using and who wrote it. I use a COBB myself, from a practicality perspective it is outstanding, but it is as good a program as how well it was customized to your needs, fuel, hardware, temps, elevation, usage, etc.. A COBB or GIAC or Bydesign, EVOMS, Protomotive, Champion, FVD generic off-the-shelf files will all be more or less the same, there is no better or worse, all are knowledgeable people. Once you move to a customized tune, then difference starts appearing, and a better acceleration performance doesn't mean that one program is better than the other. It could be as simple as a file with more boost than another, great for straight line and Q Mile, but once you put it on a race track it can perform worse than stock after few laps, if EGTs get out of control, timing is pulled back or AFRs go too rich to compensate for heat.
