The base Turbo S is in the $200k ballpark and is already loaded.
Why skimp at this point? You are more likely to later be upset that you did not order an option than that you did order it.
Great car by the way.

I would add inner door sills in leather given you have several interior leather options.
You may want to consider air vents in leather to get the plastic with stainless surround on the vents replaced with leather. I also like the instrument surround in leather since you have gone for steering casing. Also given it's a cab would add seat backs in leather. Only suggestions since you has started down the leather path already. Given you have triple black not a big deal if you miss any of this.

In most regions you won't require the front axle lift on the turbo models unless you plan to lower the car.

Looks like a nice build to me.

Congrats.. That my friend is and awesome build!!!

I have nearly the identical car, leathered tastefully to the max, but in a coupe. I did a bit of waffling on the Leather door sills and decided against them for scuffing reasons. I felt they would not have made it out of the dealers lot without something happening to at least one of them. Funny thing is I'm in the processing of ordering them right now through parts.

Post up many pics when she comes in..

Definitely get the seat backs in leather. Mine look awesome and in a cab you see them all the time.

Thanks all, great feedback!

The backs come standard as leather in the S, so this is covered.

Great feedback @Tony007, thought the same about the door sills. Now you are making we wonder if I should add them as well, ha!

Did anyone do the instrument surround in leather? Hadn't considered that either, but may be a nice touch.

I chose not to do the leather mirror as I'm installing a Passport 9500ci and planned to do the mirror integration. There is a new module (should be available now, if not within days) from NAV-TV in Florida that integrates the Passport into the standard instrument cluster. Uses the steering wheel controls and has a cool display that shows up in the stock cluster through a new menu. They have a video on YouTube of their Audi configuration, if anything like that it'll be pretty sweet.

No matter how careful I was getting in the car, the inner door sill got scuffed up. I can't imagine how bad leather sills would look after a while. I went with carbon sills too and they can be polished or even buffed out if something really scratches them.

I selected the leather steering column in conjunction with the instrument surround in leather. IMHO when looking at the dash area it completes the look. Without the instrument surround in leather it looks like something is missing.

I ordered rear LED footwell lighting on a 997 turbo. When sitting in the drivers seat with the rear lights on I found it hard to look and focus into the backseat and see anything due to the glare from the forward facing light.
