Default Are the rockers and rear valence of our cars paintable?

Hello all. Wanted to make my 991TTS look a little lower...without lowering it ...so thinking out loud...thought to paint the rockers and rear valence of it Basalt black to match the body color then considering some aftermarket wheels with a little more aggressive offset.

Are those factory rockers and rear lower valence parts paintable? They offer the option now on all cars and I have to assume it is the same material?

Any good paint shop should know what primers and top coats to use on the plastics.
