god that is hot!
Here are some pics with a 2017 Turbo S with AERO KIT....but...this is crazy...i've got it on a jet black metallic....so you can't really see it in some angles....only the true aficionados can tell!
front winglets....and the aero kit spoiler looks better (the way the sides curve up...)
and then all the side parts, front, and rear part is thus painted.....but as opposed to having it on other colors...it doesnt stand out as much...still looks awesome IMO!

Sorry to bring back an old thread but I had a few questions since I've been thinking of ordering the aerokit. I have a 2018 Turbo and mine currently is a satin black finish on the side skirts and rear valance. There are 2 part numbers available for this kit.
991-044-803-08 Front Lip & Rear Wing
991-044-803-05 Front Lip, Side Skirts, Rear Valance & Rear Wing
My question is is the aerokit side skirts and rear valance the same as my stock but just paintable? Paintable meaning it comes primered and ready to paint but the design is the same? From all the pictures it looks like my current stock side skirts and rear valance but painted body color. Does anyone know if there is a difference other than that? I'm thinking of just getting the aerokit front lip and rear wing and ordering the GT3RS side skirts and paint the stock rear valance.
Picture of my car currently all stock.

11/16/21 Update: THE KIT DID COME WITH THE CONTACT PLATE AND SCREWS!!! I completely missed it. It was in the big bubble wrap bag the lip comes in. I didn't see it until I used the wrap to wrap my rear wing and it fell out. I will leave the part numbers incase someone needs extra or doesn't come with theirs.
Heads up...I ordered the aerokit turbo front lip and rear wing combo 991-044-803-08. The front lip comes by itself with speed nuts on each side. The front lip doesn't look to be primered but a grey plastic. It doesn't come with the screws or contact plates for each side. There is a member who just used double side tape if you wish to not drill holes on the sides.
Here is what you need to order:
991.1 Left Contact Plate 99150598700
991.1 Right Contact Plate 99150598701
991.2 Left Contact Plate 99150598800
991.2 Right Contact Plate 99150598801
6 x Fillister Head Screws 99991909901
2 x Bolt with Washer 99907325509
2 x Speed Nuts 99950755603 (These were on mine so I doubt you need to buy it but it's cheap)
The rear wing come in 4 pieces with some hardware and a harness. I'm guessing the harness is for the third brake light but not 100% sure since I haven't installed it yet. Looks to be primered from factory judging by texture and color.
1 x bottom wing
1 x top wing
2 x upright covers
1 x harness
miscellaneous bag of hardware but not sure where it will be going on.

Yes, a huge step up, for sure!
My previous 991.2 Carrera S Endurance racing Edition had the dealer-installed X51 factory PowerKit, PSE, catless pipes, and JB4 Piggyback tune. Running on the 93 octane map, It had to be more than 500 HP, and I thought it was awesome. Then out of the blue, a local friend, used Porsche dealer, called me and made me an offer I couldn't refuse. So I sold that one.
I Had already been looking for a Turbo or Turbo S for about a year but then after selling, I really started hunting full time. I'm retired so I have a lot more time to look than most folks. I was hunting nationwide. In a couple of weeks I found and bought this same year 911 Turbo at a good price, only 200 miles away in this crazy high-priced market.
I was clueless about how strong the acceleration is, in these Turbos. This one's acceleration just blows my mind. Much stronger than my old 991.2 C2S/X51, performance-wise! I was not prepared for this.
This 991.2 Turbo feels like 75-100 more HP than the C2S/X51 I sold, in hard street and highway use.
I'm lovin this 911 Turbo!

Installed wing today after receiving from my paint guy. I made the mistake of telling him to paint the little plastic surround things under the top black wing that hides the mounting hardware white. He says he'll redo them in black for me.
Install Notes:
1)The wing/lip combo (991-044-803-08) will come with these two plastic pieces for under the top spoiler but after examining the part number it's the exact same as the original stock pieces but just primered
2)These plastic surround things mentioned above are actually different from each other. One is right and one is left. It's slightly shaped different to fit perfect under the wing.
3)The wing/lip combo (991-044-803-08) came with an electrical harness for the third brake light but it's the exact same one as the original wing but I used it anyways to not bother taking off from original wing.
4)There is plastic and rubber hardware that comes with the top wing and couple of the black plastic pieces are left and right even though they look almost alike. You will clearly see an 'L' and a "R" written on them.
5)You will need to remove the fan cover and the two side pieces next to it and that is where you will find the third brake light connector and disconnect. Doing all this you will be able to slightly push the lower duckbill forward after unbolting it and lift up.
6)You will have to transfer the third brake light from original but it's as simple as two 8mm nuts.
7)There are couple "U" shaped rubber pieces with the hardware. Don't forget to put those on the lower duckbill where the aluminum extenders are before you put the duckbill on the car. Use needle nose pliers to pull the rubber through the tiny holes. Just enough until the rubber bulge passes through.
Last thing I'm doing body wise is the aerokit front lip which I got painted body color. I saw some pictures of it gloss black but from the side the line of the kit compared to the sideskirt just looked wrong. Since it doesn't seem any lower than the stock lip but just with winglets and slightly more protruding front area I was thinking body color will be just fine. That install might be a bit more work because I'm going to drill holes in the bumper for the winglet mounts. I spoke to another member who didn't want to drill holes in his original bumper and used double-sided tape but didn't last long. I'm not planning to ever take this off even if I sell the car so holes are fine.

Got the front lip on. I decided to take the front bumper off to do it. The lip requires drilling 4 holes on each side into the bumper for a nice tight fit. The contact plates are used to add support and as a template to drill the holes. I noticed 6 of the screws i got were security torx screws which screws into the plastic and the other 2 machined regular torx that is for the speed nut. I took the bumper off to be able to drill without anything in the way from inside out. Then redrilled from other direction in reverse to clean up the hole by pushing all the extra bits and piece back inwards. The only real trouble I had were taking the vacuum lines off for the rubber lip. Some may think it's not necessary but took the wheel liner front section off too to make things easier.
I also realized the contact plate and screws were in the big bag the lip came in. I didn't see it at first but today when I reused it to wrap the old wing it fell out. Wasted $100...oh well.
