Learned my lesson. Sticking with known quantities when it comes to vendors from now on. Definitely won't be a repeat customer. BL, in my opinion, are absolutely totally unresponsive to customers in every appreciable way. Could care less whether or not their products are competitive or the best in the market; customer service is king and that's where my money will go. Exclusively to those with great CS track records.
