Well optioned IMO - sunroof in glass, burmester audio, PDCC, front/rear parking assist with camera, heated and ventilated seats, 18 way sport seats, steering plus, clear bra. Car in great condition both exterior and interior. GT Metallic silver.

I would say that's a terrific deal. I just bought my 14 TT 2 months ago and paid $135 for $170 MSRP with 7K miles (non CPO). Your MSRP has to be $190-ish . Wish I had done a little more research and got an S instead. Now looking at 2016 new Turbo S for about $175 (MSPR $193). I like it better than the 2017 model from what I've seen. I will say that some dealers aren't willing too budge at all on the MSRP and others are.

The asking price was 1k more than final sale price and they would not reduce it more than 1k as they felt that it is priced very fairly. I decided to pull the trigger since it had the right color and all options that I wanted. I did feel that 128k would have been the right price based on my calculated depreciation from the MSRP.
I did notice that cars with the red interior seem to be harder to sell (on a relative basis) and appear to go through a few price reductions. One of the dealers mentioned this to me as well.

I'm was going to wait around for the one I want to come by at that price, but I'm staring to like red interior all the sudden.
