DB carbon door trim
I am thinking of installing the DB carbon fiber door trim strips, because mine has the all leather doors and I just installed CF trim for the dash and center console. Does anyone have any experience with these? Evidently, they are matching real CF, but they must be installed with 3M double sided tape over the existing leather trim?! This makes me nervous as far as what it would actually look like. Any help is much appreciated.

Brian

Hi Btian,
DB carbon quality is great, but I personally would think twice about a 3m tape install of any "replacement" interior part over the old one. There are plenty of CF options from them to get some carbon fiber on your door that are real replacement pieces. Like the triangles at the base of the window, the surrounds of the door latches, door end caps, etc.
I just wonder how stock it would look or feel to have it installed like that with 3M tape?
There are also pieces from MA carbon to look at as well.
I have a DBcarbon steering wheel myself.
