What are you running now? 20"or 21?

I believe the PSS is softer and grippier than the P Zero. That is my experience with both.

Appreciate the feedback. I'm sure PSS are good but without official comparison data to work I'm reluctant to tear up a good set of Pzero's. If they handled like crap it would be a different story but I'm finding them satisfactory. Paying for 4 when you really only need 2 is such a waste to me. I would feel more inclined to spend more and buy a second set of 20" rims and fit them up with Trofeo R. That way I have options.

I switched to PSS when the PZeros started to blister (noted at the end of a track day) at around 13k miles. I have around 4k on the PSS tires now including a couple of track days. There's no question in my mind: the PSS are a better tire for the car than the PZeros: quieter and smoother on the road, better grip and more communicative/predictable under load on the track.

Haven't tried Cup2's -- sort of trying not to because I'm afraid I might like those even more

That's been my experience with other cars, too. Now if I could only get a set!

Default My tire choice

I recently switched to the P-Zero Trofeo R and I love how well they work with the car. Pirelli has made great strides in the longevity of the Trofeo R over the Trofeo but they are primarily for dry use. Look into them if you are considering new tires, I have driven a friends identical car with sport cups and I still would get the Trofeo R's again next time. Tire rack was able to get me rear OEM size but for the fronts they referred me to Bob Woodman tires in South Carolina.
