Default Old and New

Just traded in my 2010 C4S for a very slightly used (600 mile) 2014 TTS. All I can saw is WOW. I loved my 4S, but the new car makes the 4S seem like a clunker. The power is amazing and the brakes... those PCCB's are the SH*T!!! Carbon fiber everywhere, dash, wheel, shifter, door sills, white gauges, Burmester sound, tinted windows, doors forward clear bra, etc. even painted keys. I never realized I'd love it this much.

On the subject of painted keys, do they normally come with the leather cover? Mine didn't.

Had a little time this morning for a photo shoot with the '78 930. Not sure I can drive the 930 anymore after the TTS.

Happy New Year everybody

Tom

Welcome to the TTS club. She looks gorgeous man. What a way to start the new year! Enjoy and, Happy new year!

PS I know exactly what you mean about going back and driving the old one. Still looks a nice 930 though.

Funny thing, from pictures I really didn't like the wheels and in a million years would have never ordered them that way but when I saw them in person I said "oh yeah!"
Not lowered but it would look awesome about 20mm lower.

Thanks for the comments.

Gorgeous cars! I'm sure you'd have plenty of volunteers on the forum who would love to take the 930 out for a spin! What collection . . . Love the sport classics in black . . .

Congratulations!! I have a soft spot for a white 991 in any version. Looks great!
I agree completely with the WOW of the TTS.
I have had mine for almost 5 months and still can't believe how crazy about this car I am.
The black wheels are very nice indeed on your white beauty.

Just got a 2015 CW TTS last week as well. Loving it! I want to see more photos of your Mexico Blue DocMalone (My dealer calls it Smurf Blue). I assume that was a PTS. Never done that as I have been in Ferrari for the last 10 years and new to Porsche (this is only my second). How does it work? I assume its about allocations and maybe time (Ferrari lets you do it any time with a new allocation to the tune of 15-30K)

Great looking car and wheels.
I did a similar test drive with a Turbo vs a 2014 C4S with powerkit.
The Turbo reigned supreme..........

Your car looks great! Enjoy!
I agree with your statement on the wheels. I too thought they were way better in real life than in pics.

Beautiful! The wheels really complement the car and look far better than they did on the configurator when I was building mine. Your 930 is gorgeous. A perfect Porsche collection.
