Default Seat support when tracking

Know some of you guys do occasional advanced DE with your cars, and the turbos do not have Porsche sport seats for a 5 point harness setup.

How do you find the factory 3 point belt for proper support on the track with stock seats? TIA.

Caveat -- I'm a bit of a beginner at DEs but here's the tip I got from a local 'old hand': What I've been doing is using the comfort entry setting which slides the seat forward when you crank the engine...snug the belt down as much as possible, lock the inertia reel with a sharp tug then turn the key to get the seat to slide forward so the snug/locked belt holds. That seems to work fairly well...but I have no time in a 5 or 6 point harness to compare or assess if that's "proper" support.
