Would a mid to late March build date be labeled a 2014 or 15? I saw on another post and confirmed on the config tool that the MSRP, colors and package options have changed.

I have a early April build and it is a 2014. That puts delivery in late May. I was told 2015 doesn't start until the summer for late summer deliveries.

The factory shuts down in August and this is when they change any tooling on the lines if necessary. Therefore, MY15 (if you must call it that) would start with Sept built cars. From my understanding, there are no model year changes planned to the Turbo.
