So close I can taste it!
So it's at the dealer, but between what they still have to do (mount the winter tires) and my work schedule, I won't pick it up until Friday evening. Going to be a LONG 72 hours.

Yeah, I told them ahead of time I didn't want one. To be honest, I was so excited to see it "in the flesh" for the first time that I didn't even notice it until I looked at the pictures. But I've already reached out to the sales guy and told him I wanted it off per my previous request.
That was my thinking, too. I've waited this long (since October) - I can wait 3 more days. I think. Well, I hope.

How could anyone dare to put any decal on a $200+K car without the owner's consent? Or any car that they weren't buying, for that matter. I would be beyond angry.
Not many people would delete the model designation on a TTS. Good for you. I would have been tempted to get it with it on and have it debadged as part of the prep, keeping the lettering as a keepsake.

Oh wow....well done....i was at my dealer last week to see the GT3 and upthere in the garage, the GT3 was parked next to a couple Turbo Ss and he had to tell me to look at them and i couldn't care less about them then.....they were black in a dark garage next to the white GT3......but urs is awesome....well done!
