Default Leasing a new 991 Turbo Question on money factor

Greetings,
I have had a 996TT and 997TT before, and now I am considering leasing a 991TT. Basically dealer is selling at sticker, but I have heard that it's possible to get the money factor down to as low as .002 to .0022. Has anybody gotten the .002 or .0022 money factor on the lease lately? I want to find out before negotiating with the dealer. Many thanks for any help in advance !!

I was offered the buyrate at 0.002, but passed on the deal. I would try to get them off sticker

Many thanks for your input. The dealer was offering me .00285, and I was very hesitated, therefore did not try to negotiate the money factor at that time. Now I will go back to the dealer, and hopefully get a much better deal !!!

Is it an order or car on the lot?
