Default New turbo still sitting at the port after a week, anyone else waiting for Porsche ...

My custom order arrived at the Port of San Diego on time, a week ago. The car has gone through all steps, including MSO, that have to occur prior to delivery. Yet the car still sits. I could drive down and get it myself in a little over an hour round trip, if Porsche would allow that.

They've already sent two truckloads of cars via uncovered trailer. But for some reason they haven't been able to put together a single covered transport in a week... Does this make any sense?

Anyone else waiting on a car coming out of the Port of San Diego?

They're waiting for my car to come in then they'll send a transport for both. Should be sometime in March.

I'm in the same situation. My car arrived in San Diego last Friday on the Phoenix Leader. I'm anxiously awaiting a call from my dealer! Which dealer are you using?

Mine took 10 days to leave port. There is nothing they can do about it.

Mine arrived at the dealer this morning. I felt a little foolish that it arrived the day after I complained to Porsche about the slow deliver. Maybe the call sped things up? Or maybe they delivered it in spite of my call to Porsche customer care? More likely, it's just random luck. I'll take it however it comes.

This is all I've got for pics so far. Hope to have more later today.

Nope, got Sottozeroes on there now, driving her year round, except for deep snow.

What a tease it must be to see your car on the ramps and not be able to drive it. Bet you'll be at the dealer tomorrow watching it come off the truck!

Here's a pic taken last night when I picked her up. Went on a spirited drive in some backroads today. She drives as great as she looks!
